STETE organised, 17 February, a seminar in Finnish (except guest from Azebaidjan spoke in English) on the Southern Caucasus region. The speakers of the seminar were Ambassador Timo Lahelma, MFA of Finland, EU's Special Representative Heikki Tavitie, Chairman of the Finnish Delegation to the OSCE PA, Vice Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Ilkka Kanerva, Layers Gulara Guliyeva and Tair Aliyev from Azerbaidjan as well as Project Director Aino Halonen, Finnish Azerbaidjan Cultural Society.
