Models for Cross-border Co-operation - focus on the Pskov Region 19.-20.5.2006 Nordic Forum for Security Policy which is co-ordinated by STETE organised a broad-based discussion forum "Models for Cross-border Co-operation - focus on the Pskov Region" in Pskov, Russia. The forum was organised in co-operation with the local parters NGO Chudskoe Project from Pskov and CIRP (Center for International and Regional Policy) from St. Petersburg. The conference continued the conference serial organised by the Nordic Forum around the Baltic Sea Rim. Some 160 participants from 11 different countries and from international and regional organisations attented the conference. |
