THE PRESIDENT AND SECURITY POLICY
STETE organised at the University of Helsinki’s premises a discussion with the candidates for the Presidency Esko Aho and Tarja Halonen, on the second round of the presidential election. The candidates were discussing questions concerning security policy and civil security. The audience had a possibility to ask questions. (300 participants.)
